Clove of District 2.
I was hesitant about the color of the dress. Since her eyes are green I didn't want a color to clash with it and some of the colors that went along with the color didn't seem right for her. My first thought was maybe a deep red.

PS. These aren't based on the actors/actresses. Some of them maybe, but I want to draw them based on how I see them before I watch the movie and my way of thinking about them is completely different.
